Returns


Customer Protection

We always attempt to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with every purchase at GameSir. We are proud to offer products and services for your better gaming experience. Your satisfaction and enjoyment are always our goals.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help:

  • 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If you are experiencing a production issue, we are pleased to offer:

  • 12-month replacement with the same model from the date you received it. 

Note: Our 1-Year-Warranty coverage includes: abnormal product function, non-human-caused physical damage. If your condition does not fall into one of these classifications, or has exceeded the warranty period, then we are unable to provide the warranty. However, we can still provide you with technical support for your product issue.

Canceling an Order

Requirement:

  1. Must be purchased from GameSir Official Store (Order starting with #GSHK)
  2. Your items have not been shipped out yet. 

You are eligible to cancel your order before your items are being shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact support@gamesir.com. We will help you cancel the order in 24hrs. The refund will usually be processed in two weeks. 

If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returning. 

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

The item must be in its original packaging.  

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

A partial refund (subject to a [Your Percentage]% handling fee) may be granted in the following cases:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If your refund is approved:

It will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider (as it may take time before the refund reflects).

Contact your bank for possible processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer Exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Mike@techtrendsint.co.za

For defective or damaged items,GameSir will cover return shipping costs.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.  

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or damaged).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.  

For items valued over R1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery
